Lead Flow Ops – Messaging & Platform Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the services provided by Lead Flow Ops (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Program Name and Description
Program Name: Lead Flow Ops
Lead Flow Ops provides CRM systems, automation workflows, and messaging tools that may send SMS or MMS messages to opted-in users. Message types may include, but are not limited to:
Account notifications
Service updates
Customer support responses
Scheduling reminders
System alerts
Operational or transactional messages
Message frequency varies based on user interaction and system activity.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use our services.
3. User Responsibilities and Legal Compliance
You agree to:
Provide accurate and truthful information
Use the services only for lawful purposes
Obtain proper, documented consent before sending any messages
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
TCPA
CAN-SPAM
A2P 10DLC requirements
CTIA Messaging Principles
You are solely responsible for ensuring your messaging content, consent practices, and campaigns comply with all applicable laws and carrier rules.
4. Opt-Out Instructions (REQUIRED)
You may cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the sending number.
After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent.
5. Rejoining Instructions
If you previously opted out and wish to rejoin, you must opt in again through the original sign-up method or another compliant opt-in mechanism. Messaging will resume only after valid opt-in is received.

7. Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages.
8. Message and Data Rates Disclaimer
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

9. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
Send messages without valid consent
Engage in spam, phishing, smishing, or deceptive practices
Transmit illegal content or content prohibited by carrier rules
Attempt to disrupt, abuse, or compromise platform security
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.
10. Payments and Refunds
All fees, billing terms, and refund policies are defined in your service agreement or onboarding documentation. Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing.
11. Intellectual Property
All software, systems, and materials provided by Lead Flow Ops remain the exclusive property of the Company and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
12. Disclaimer of Guarantees
We do not guarantee business results, revenue, lead volume, or performance outcomes. Any examples are illustrative only.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lead Flow Ops shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the services.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lead Flow Ops from claims or penalties arising from your misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms, carrier rules, or applicable law.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
17. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
